Booking an apartment or a house
To book an apartment or a house with CARISMA, a deposit of 30% of the total rental cost must be paid into the indicated bank account.
A booking can be made in person at the Carisma office, by phone or online.
The Tenant is obliged to send confirmation of the deposit payment to the bank account.
A legible proof of payment in the form of an electronic transfer confirmation generated from the online banking service is considered a valid payment document.
The remaining 70% should be paid no later than 30 days before the first day of the stay. The contract between Carisma and the client is concluded once the payment is credited to the Carisma account.
For bookings made less than 30 days before the first day of the stay, the full amount is due immediately and its payment means that the contract has been concluded.
If the client does not make the payment within 3 days of making the booking, Carisma reserves the right to freely dispose of the property, i.e. to book it for another client.
