We want your stay to be comfortable from the very first moment. Beyond the standard equipment of our properties, we offer additional services that you can conveniently order while booking.

How to order a service

You choose additional services on the booking page — in the Additional services section simply tick the ones you would like to use. The cost summary updates immediately, so you can see the full price of your stay before submitting the form.

The list of available services depends on the individual property — you will always find it with the selected offer.

Two ways of settlement

• Services added to the booking — their cost increases the total price of your stay and is settled together with the booking, according to the agreed payment terms.
• External services — provided by partner companies. The price is agreed individually and paid on site. Such services do not change the booking amount and are marked with the note „individual pricing on site”.

Available services

• Baby cot – free of charge
• Extra cleaning – individual pricing on site
  Extra cleaning during your stay or additional final cleaning beyond the standard is carried out by an external company.
  
  The price is agreed individually and depends on the scope of the service and the size of the property.
  You can arrange the details and the date on site with our representative.
  
  Payable on site
• Delivery of keys to the premises between 19:00 and 9:00 – 50,00 €
  Delivery of keys to the premises between 19:00 and 9:00 without the need to come to the office on weekdays and holidays (Easter, Christmas, New Year's Eve)
• Airport transfer – individual pricing on site
  Transfers from and to the airport are carried out by an external company.
  
  The price is agreed individually and depends on the airport, the number of passengers and the date.
  You can arrange the details and the pick-up time with our office before your arrival.
  
  Payable on site

The availability of individual services depends on the selected property — you will always find the current list on the booking page of a given offer.
